These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Witch's Kitchen: Sort Puzzle mobile application ("App") developed by Yusuf İhsan Gül ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App is rated 16+ and contains advertising. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have parental or guardian consent.
4.1 The App offers optional in-app purchases:
4.2 You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.
4.3 All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. We do not process payments directly.
4.4 Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
5.1 Boosters, lives, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
5.2 Virtual items cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the App.
5.3 We reserve the right to modify virtual item balances, pricing, and availability.
6.1 Game progress is stored locally on your device.
6.2 We are not responsible for loss of game progress due to device failure, App uninstallation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Game Center integration provides cloud-based leaderboards and achievements through Apple's services.
7.1 The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
7.2 Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not controlled by us.
7.3 We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements.
You agree not to:
9.1 The App, including all content, graphics, sounds, animations, and code, is owned by Yusuf İhsan Gül and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9.2 "Witch's Kitchen" name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Yusuf İhsan Gül.
9.3 You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUSUF İHSAN GÜL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR GAME PROGRESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yusuf İhsan Gül from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
